Meet Maryanne
Maryanne Smith Flint, NP, originally hails from southwest Wyoming but has called southern Illinois home for the past 25 years. With a wealth of experience spanning two decades in the nursing field and the last five years as a Nurse Practitioner, she has established herself as a dedicated healthcare professional. Maryanne earned her Master’s degree from Walden University in Minneapolis, MN and has a strong educational foundation.
Her commitment to nursing began at Western Wyoming College, where she commenced her journey. She later pursued her associate degree at John A. Logan College in Carterville, IL, and went on to complete her BSN and MSN at Walden University. Maryanne has made meaningful contributions at Heartland Women’s during her six-year tenure and has dedicated the last five years to the field of pediatrics.
In her leisure time, Maryanne enjoys the great outdoors, frequently engaging in camping and exploring new travel destinations. Her primary locations of practice are in Marion and Carbondale, where she continually strives to provide exceptional care and support to her patients.
